Omarr spent 14 years in law — from criminal defense and juvenile liaison work to corporate litigation, insurance law, and the DOJ — before pivoting to a decade in audit. Now, in the latest chapter of his career, he has teamed up with two partners to build RTO: a firm dedicated to supporting businesses with world-class IT and security, and giving small businesses the tools to compete with big business.
Tim Donovan
Co-Founder & CTOAs CTO, Timothy leverages 6+ years of operational leadership to instill production-ready discipline across the technical stack. He specializes in architecting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and robust network topologies anchored in ITIL frameworks and SOP-driven workflows. Certified in CompTIA and Azure, Timothy bridges the gap between enterprise-grade engineering and startup agility, ensuring that high-performance systems and technical integrity remain centered on the end-user experience.
Richard Reichert
CSOA Chicago-area native who has been immersed in technology since the 56k modem era. With an educational background from Robert Morris University and specialized IT training from MyComputerCareer, Richard brings a wealth of practical and strategic security experience to the board. He is dedicated to ensuring the organization remains resilient in an ever-changing digital world.
