A graduate of Georgia State University (Pre-Law), Purdue University Global (Accounting), and MyComputerCareer (IT & Cybersecurity). Omarr spent 14 years in law — from criminal defense and juvenile liaison work to corporate litigation, insurance law, and the DOJ — before pivoting to a decade in audit. Now, in the latest chapter of his career, he has teamed up with two partners to build RTO: a firm dedicated to supporting businesses with world-class IT and security, and giving small businesses the tools to compete with big business.
As CTO, Timothy leverages 6+ years of operational leadership to instill production-ready discipline across the technical stack. He specializes in architecting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and robust network topologies anchored in ITIL frameworks and SOP-driven workflows. Certified in CompTIA and Azure, Timothy bridges the gap between enterprise-grade engineering and startup agility, ensuring that high-performance systems and technical integrity remain centered on the end-user experience.
